Skilled Nursing Care

This level of care is appropriate for residents needing assistance with all or most of the activities of daily living. The Kroontje Health Care Center offers Skilled Nursing Care at The Cove, which includes on-site rehabilitative therapies and is covered by Medicare with a qualifying physician’s order.

The Cove provides a nurturing environment for seniors who need skilled nursing care and our compassionate staff takes great pride in giving residents a sense of security and belonging. While all rooms are furnished, we encourage residents to bring some of their own furniture and decorative items from home to personalize their space.

  • Private, deluxe semi-private, and semi-private rooms with residential-style décor
