These barrier-free, one and two bedroom apartments are federally subsidized and provided for seniors with low, fixed incomes. Monthly rent is based on income, assets, and medical expenses.

Residents enjoy the benefits of an all-senior community, home and grounds maintenance, emergency call system and   a variety of services and amenities.
